MC WALL facade systems

Thanks to the MC Wall system, we offer a modern solution in the field of curtain wall construction.
This system is designed for complex and simple shapes, and is based on facade structures: MC Passive, MC Passive+, MC Glass and MC Fire solutions.
MC Wall offers a wide range of installation options, including parallel windows (MC PW) and roof windows (MC RW). The visual width of the mullion-transom is 55 mm.
The curtain wall consists of vertical mullions and horizontal transoms connected to each other by means of stainless steel wall plugs; 2 connectors, 6 pieces of stainless steel per node, ensure a very high load-bearing capacity of the mullion-transom connection, both in the wind pressure plane and in the filling load plane; it does not interfere with the possibility of using traditional bolt supports or fixing them only with screws from the front. Depending on the needs, a wide range of mullions and transoms is available depending on the static requirements, while insulators can be built depending on the thickness of the fillings.

MC Passive + facade systems

MC Passive + is a modern mullion and transom system designed for designing curtain walls of simple and complex shapes with the highest thermal insulation properties.

It is the basic structure of MC Wall, but with increased thermal insulation through the use of a new insulator made of innovative materials, obtaining an even better heat transfer coefficient – Uf from 0.6 W/m2K.

The product is characterized by one of the highest technical parameters among the aluminum facade systems available on the market, perfectly meeting the needs of energy-saving and passive construction.

Mullion-transom visual width: 55 mm. A wide range of mullions and transoms adapted to static requirements is available. A wide range of decorative masking strips allows you to give the facade a modern and individual look! Possibility of bending profiles in both planes and powder coating according to the RAL palette.

MC GLASS facade systems

At MC Glass, we believe that glass facades should be as easy to install as they are to look at. That is why we have developed the MC Glass curtain wall system. It is a semi-structural façade system that creates a flat surface from the outside without visible aluminum profiles. The MC Glass curtain wall system does not have any external aluminum elements, only glass fillings separated by gaps made of structural silicone are visible from the outside. Special pockets and gutters are profiled in the glass packets, into which mounting plates are inserted, by means of which they are attached to the frame of the curtain wall.
The visual width of mullions-transoms is 55 millimeters. A wide range of mullions and transoms is available to suit static requirements.
MC Glass has very good thermal insulation properties (UF from 0.66 W/2k), which was achieved thanks to the use of innovative insulation materials.

Modular facade

Facade systems designed for vertical external facades with increased thermal insulation. It consists of prefabricated segments in the form of frames made of aluminum profiles with glass filling (or other material) and assembled on site with the joints sealed with appropriate EPDM gaskets.

The segments can be made as single or double (with a central post) – reducing the number of segments saves the total assembly time. The system provides for the possibility of installing facade profiles on the inside of the glazing, sun protection systems such as blinds and roller blinds. In order to increase the strength parameters of the profiles, it is possible to strengthen them with aluminum or steel flat bars and sections inserted into the profile chambers; the dimensions of these chambers are selected for the use of generally available standard flat bars and sections. High tightness parameters were obtained thanks to EPDM gaskets; internal seals at the glazing (selected in accordance with the glazing table); expansion joints at the joints create 4 sealing barriers. High thermal insulation is ensured by thermal spacers of 42 mm profiles made of Polyamide (or Noril); space in the profiles in between.

MC PW PARALLEL WINDOW Facade Systems

The MC PW window is a façade window that is used wherever it is necessary to maintain an elegant and uniform appearance of an all-glass façade. It is made in a three-chamber system and can be used with additional insulating elements.
The MC PW system has 3 levels of sealing – external, central and internal, thanks to which the structure is characterized by high tightness parameters. The sash is hidden in the window frame – the sash is not visible from the inside.
Possibility of glazing with a two-chamber package – glazing with glazing beads mounted from the outside; the slats are snapped in and additionally screwed to the outer chamber of the sash. Sliding the sash outwards is done with specially designed scissors; the arrangement and number of scissors depends on the size of the window sash and the weight of the glass; shears enable the use of locking hardware and locking points appropriate to the size, which affects the tightness of the window opening.
Manual opening with 2 opposite handles or electric opening with specially adapted actuators. MC PW is a type of window that allows optimal ventilation of the room. Since the sash protrudes outwards, the air flows freely in both directions: inwards and outwards. This solution is optimal for air circulation and more favorable for comfort than traditional windows.
It is also possible to make MC PW windows as tilt windows, tilted outwards at the bottom. The use of this type of solution allows you to maintain a uniform character when the window is open; when moved away from the façade, it creates an intriguing architectural effect.

MC RW sunroof

Did you know that the MC RW roof window is a solution based on the MC WALL system?
The MC RW construction is intended for the design of ventilation flaps. This type of window is designed for installation on roofs with an inclination angle of 5° to 75°. The MC RW roof window is equipped with an effective drainage and ventilation system related to the mullion and transom system of the MC WALL system, the concealed hinges inside the profiles provide protection against weather conditions.
The design of the MC RW is adapted to a wide range of closers used on the market.

Dimensions of the window in the tested structures:

2120 x 1120 mm – the maximum area of the total glass is 1.9 m2 (with this dimension it is possible to use glass with the structure 6 ESG/16/442)
1970 x 2070 mm – the maximum total glass area is 3.48 m2.

The weight of the window is limited by the technical parameters of the opening mechanisms and hinges used and can be up to 150 kg.
The design of the MC RW is adapted to a wide range of door closers used on the market. The three-chamber system is thermally insulated, which allows the use of additional insulating elements to increase the thermal insulation of the structure.

SLIDING SHUTTERS

When you are designing your home, it is important to consider all the elements that will make the space unique and functional. One of these elements are sliding blinds.

These window covers are a system of movable external blinds designed to protect against the sun. These blinds, in addition to the obvious functionality, also enrich the visual effect of our construction. Different shapes of slats and rail guides of the sliding shutter system allow you to design and create individual solutions for virtually all types of facades and their requirements.

Frames and profiles of sliding blinds are made of aluminum. Profiles can be fixed or movable. The variety of materials and shapes allows you to create a project that suits every taste.

SUN PROTECTION

Sun Protection is a system of facade aluminum sunshades used on facades, on mullion and transom walls, regulating the inflow of light to the interior and ensuring higher energy efficiency of the building. Sun Protection system slats are available in two shapes:
– with an elliptical cross-section (available sizes 100, 150, 158, 200, 250, 270, 300, 350)
– with a rectangular cross-section (available sizes 150, 200, 300).

Available in two options:
– fixed brackets, with an angle of inclination of 0, 14, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75
– movable slats can be smoothly controlled manually or by means of actuators in the range from 0o to 90o; the system also enables the use of weather automation and intelligent system control.

The construction of the SUN PROTECTION lamella system provides for the possibility of installing photovoltaic perovskite cells. The net system can be installed vertically or horizontally, directly on the facade of the building. SUN PROTECTION gives the possibility of mounting not only on straight walls, but also in the bends of the facade.

All components of aluminum covers are characterized by high strength and resistance to external factors. Facade sunshades change the appearance of the facade, giving it an interesting and modern character. They have great potential to create a modern and expressive image of the building’s exterior.
