FIRE-PROOF STEEL JOINERY

Fire-resistant steel joinery works well in both public and individual construction. WIŚNIOWSKI fire-resistant steel doors and walls are made according to individual orders and can be adjusted to various heights and widths in projects that meet the technical approval. Fire-resistant steel doors and walls are offered in two fire resistance classes: EI 30 and EI 60, and smoke-tight Sa and S200.
Fire-resistant steel joinery fulfills its task both inside and outside buildings, intended for closing rooms such as: boiler rooms, back-up facilities, staircases that also serve as escape routes in factories, offices, schools, cinemas, hospitals and underground communication routes, e.g. .: car parks.

SOLID CONSTRUCTION
Failure-free use and extraordinary durability of the door is ensured by: rigid steel construction and welded connections. This is especially important for heavily used doors installed in public buildings.

FIRE PROTECTIONS
WIŚNIOWSKI fire-resistant doors, windows and walls ensure maximum safety and durability in extreme conditions. They can be made in the fire resistance class: EI 30 and EI 60, fixed windows also EI120, and with Sa and S200 smoke tightness.

  • solid, fire resistance class EI30, EI60 and EI120;
  • solid, fire resistance class EI30, EI60 and EI120;
  • welded profile connection, ground;
  • infill: fire-resistant glass or panel;
  • gasket made of modified EPDM around the entire perimeter of the frame;
  • possibility of assembly also in sets, creating fireproof walls.

  • in fire resistance class EI30 and EI60;
  • one or two-leaf;
  • leaf and frame made of steel profiles with a thermal break and filling with insulating mass;
  • welded profile connection, ground;
  • steel hinges, with bearings, adjustable in height, welded to the structure;
  • infill: fire-resistant glass or panel;
  • EPDM modified gasket around the perimeter except for the threshold;
  • available in a smoke-tight version with a drop-down seal in classes S200 or Sa according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 standard.

STEEL FIRE RESISTANT JACKET DOOR
EI30 and EI60

  • in fire resistance class EI30 and EI60;
  • one or two-leaf;
  • standard corner frame, optional internal or covering frame;
  • door frame made of profiled steel sections, powder coated;
  • leaf filling – mineral wool;
  • gaskets: rebate made of modified EPDM and expanding;
  • the leaf is equipped with two hinges, including one self-closing;
  • as standard, one latch and deadbolt lock with an insert with three keys, two anti-burglary bolts and a handle made of polypropylene with a steel core;
  • optional: class C cylinders, additional lock, electromagnetic catch, door closer, glazing, anti-panic hardware, bumper, automatic drop bar, peephole, ventilation grille;
  • possibility of execution in the 2nd or 3rd class of burglary resistance according to PN-ENV 1627:2011;
  • available in a smoke-tight version with a drop-down seal in classes S200 or Sa according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 standard.

STEEL ANTI-BURGLARY AND FIRE PROOF JACKET DOORS
MultiSecure EI30

  • single-leaf doors;
  • full or partially glazed sash;
  • in the EI30 fire-resistant version – anti-burglary or only EI30,
  • doors available in the anti-burglary class RC2 (inward opening door) and RC3 (outward opening door);
  • leaf with thick rebate, total leaf thickness 41 ± 1mm;
  • leaf made of galvanized steel sheet, 0.5 ÷ 0.6 mm thick, coated with polyester coating or wood-like veneers;
  • the door frame is made of steel sections, profiled from galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 1.2 mm ÷ 1.5 mm and powder coated;
  • the leaf is filled with mineral wool;
  • as standard, the door is equipped with: three-point automatic lock, class B cylinder with three keys, two 3D hinges adjustable in three planes, three anti-burglary bolts, a stainless steel handle and a rail door closer; EPDM rebate gaskets; additionally, an intumescent gasket with a cross-section of 2 x 20 [mm];
  • external door with an automatically falling slat and drip cap;
  • in internal and external doors a smoke-tight option is possible, MultiSecure EI30 doors meet the criteria specified in PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 for Sa, S200 smoke-tightness classes.

  • load capacity of profiles selected in accordance with the design;
  • welded profile joints;
  • double system of gaskets, creating a uniform partition and allowing ventilation of the internal spaces of the system;
  • systemic condensate drainage and ventilation of glass areas;
  • no linear thermal bridges;
  • external pressure profiles and stainless steel fasteners.

FIRE RESISTANT STEEL WALLS

  • with thermal break;
  • leaf infill in the form of a single or fire-resistant composite glass pane or a panel with an appropriate fire resistance class;
  • powder coated frame and door frame;
  • fittings from reputable companies approved for use in fire protection doors.
