  1. The client, by completing the purchase form and checking the appropriate box next to the relevant statement, gives consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU Official Journal L 119/1 of 2016) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

    Only personal data voluntarily provided by the client are collected. The data is processed for the necessary purpose of fulfilling the provisions of this Regulation, in particular for:

    1. Concluding a sales contract for the ordered goods,
    2. Delivering the goods ordered by the client,
    3. Issuing a document confirming the completion of the sales transaction, VAT invoice,
    4. Booking the transaction in the store’s IT accounting system for the period required by law and storing personal data in the IT accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions carried out by the store,
    5. Storing the client’s personal data in the customer database.

    With the client’s additional consent, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including presenting commercial offers from the store to the client and other marketing information related to the store.

    In the case of subscribing to the newsletter and expressing consent to receive it during the registration or ordering process (expressing consent to receive commercial information electronically), it is necessary to provide an email address to which commercial information from the Administrator will be sent. The client can unsubscribe from receiving such information at any time by logging into their account on the store’s website or by clicking on the unsubscribe link found in the footer of each newsletter.

    The data provided during the ordering process are also processed by the following entities to the extent specified: name, address, phone number, email address provided as the delivery address are transferred to transport companies in the form of a shipping label/waybill, which also serves as an order for delivery of the goods. Depending on the chosen type of shipment, the following entities are involved: transport/logistics company, for smaller packages – INPOST.

    The client has the right to access the content of their personal data, as well as the right to correct and request the deletion of their data. The Administrator informs that the client is not obliged to provide their personal data, but refusing to do so will prevent the proper performance of the services specified in the regulations and the services resulting from the agreement between the store and the client.

    The collected data are subject to careful protection in accordance with applicable regulations. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the proper level of security for the stored data.

    Cookies are used in the store. During the client’s visits to the store’s website, the store’s system sends at least one cookie file to the client’s computer to uniquely identify the browser. The store’s server automatically records information sent by the client’s browser when viewing the website. Server logs may contain information such as network request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of the request. This information allows us to improve the quality of our services by identifying and storing customer preferences and tracking trends, such as the ways in which our website is searched. The client can prohibit the reception of cookies, which will make them anonymous. However, by not allowing the registration of cookies, the store will not be able to identify the client or their preferences. Detailed information about cookies is provided in the Cookie Policy.

    The store informs customers that the services offered through the store are provided via the public Internet network. Therefore, the store draws the attention of customers to the fact that using the store’s services may involve risks associated with third-party interference in the transmission of data sent via the Internet between the store and the client.

    Information about the principles and methods of recording, securing, and making available the content of the contract to the other party:

    The recording, securing, and making available of the content of the contract is done by sending a relevant email message after the conclusion of the Sales Agreement.

    The recording, securing, and making available of the content of the Sales Agreement is done by sending the content of the agreement or by providing the client with the Order specification and proof of purchase to the email address provided.

    The content of the concluded agreement is also recorded, secured, and made available in the IT system of the Service Provider and is provided upon the client’s request.
