    2. Based on the provided information, prepare a quotation in the form of a proforma invoice.
    3. If the client accepts the quotation, they provide their address details and invoice information.
    4. To initiate the order execution process, the client pays a 30% deposit based on the proforma invoice.
    5. After the deposit is received, create a graphic design and visualization, and send it to the client for approval.
    6. The client thoroughly reviews the design and provides feedback with either acceptance or requested changes.
    7. Upon approval of the design, the offer may be recalculated if necessary, and the order execution begins.
    8. The execution timeline starts from the moment the design is approved and usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks.
    9. The logistics department contacts the client before shipment to arrange the remaining payment and delivery date.
    10. In case of any discrepancies between the initial quotation and the approved design, a potential claim may arise.
