    PRO NL

    For the Dutch market, we produce windows based on the GEALAN S8000 system with its characteristic solid frames. These are mostly solid-coloured profiles, appearing in white and cream. On special request, they can also be veneered with all Renolit colours.

    The monstrous 115 mm-wide PRO NL frames, equipped with very massive steel reinforcements with very large cross-sections, enable large windows to be constructed while maintaining the static requirements. The characteristic shape of the external rebate allows for easy and aesthetically pleasing window installation on the outside of the building. In buildings made of clinker bricks, when using PRO NL windows, the assembly does not require additional brickwork.

    The six-chamber S 8000 IQ system with a depth of 115 mm has good thermal insulation properties and an effective noise and burglary protection system. The high-performance thermal protection of the windows not only helps to reduce heating costs, but also actively contributes to reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. The patented GECCO ventilation system, meanwhile, effectively prevents the formation of fungus and mould.

    PRO MONO

    A window built on the basis of a specific frame that looks like a window frame glued together with a sill, called Monoblock.
    PRO MONO windows based on the GEALAN S8000 system are designed for houses where the insulation layer is installed from the inside of the room. Frames with a characteristic “sill” on the outside of the room are installed in this layer. The PRO MONO frame tightly and aesthetically masks the insulation along the entire perimeter of the window opening. A wide range of PRO MONO profile solutions allows their selection depending on the thickness of the insulation, and the internal overlap ensures aesthetic installation of drywall.
    The six-chamber S 8000 IQ system has good thermal insulation properties and an effective noise and burglary protection system. The high-performance thermal protection of the windows not only helps to reduce heating costs, but also actively contributes to reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.     PRO 970

    Aluminium exterior caps are an attractive finishing option for uPVC window and door systems. The PRO 970 system combines the advantages of two materials: the excellent thermal insulation, airtightness and durability of plastic profiles with the design possibilities and durability of aluminium. Timeless elegance makes aluminium the ideal material for contemporary architectural designs.

    PVC doors with ALU overlays are a product for demanding customers, which combines the advantages of both materials in joinery: durability, ease of maintenance for several decades, economy typical for PVC and preferred external appearance – higher class, any colour, colour durability, resistance to weather conditions typical for ALUminium. RAPDACH covers ALU overlays with frames and sashes, as well as frame extensions.

    Overlay systems combine the advantages of two materials: high thermal insulation of plastic profiles with durable aluminium surfaces with an impeccable appearance.

    PRO 910 advantages:

    • an additional seal in the rebate under the glazing rebate provides an effective barrier against cold outside air and improves noise insulation.

    PRO 910

    The new 7-chamber Kombisystem S 9000, with a depth of 83 mm, has both the advantages of a system with a centre seal and a resistance seal. The deepened construction of the frame and sash and the gaskets embedded in three planes guarantee the highest thermal insulation at Uf = 0.92 W/ m2K. As a result, windows in the Kombi system meet the highest requirements.

    The intelligent design of the Kombi system makes it possible to create elegant and modern windows. Low frames and sashes make it possible to achieve fashionable, large glazings. The insulated hardware groove ensures better operation of the hardware components, especially at low outside temperatures. It also provides an effective acoustic barrier against the noise typical of large urban areas and busy streets. A thermal shoe located under the window frame improves the thermal insulation of the installed window. The entire Kombisystem is compatible with the proven S 8000 IQ plus system.

    Kombisystem has been designed to make optimum use of the advantages of STV® technology, which consists of bonding the glass and sash with double-sided adhesive tape using traditional blocking. Thanks to STV®, windows are warmer and more comfortable to operate. The simultaneous use of STV® and steel in the sash makes it possible to build larger elements.

    PRO 900 Acryl

    Coloured window profiles create clear accents in the overall facade. Thanks to such ‘business cards’, ordinary houses gain in attractiveness, catch the eye and become recognisable. Even extravagant design ideas or regional colour nuances are no problem for us. After all, the full palette includes all shades, from subtle grey to bright red, so it is easy to select a colour to match.
    All acrylcolor profiles are colourfast and RAL certified. After all, quality is GEALAN’s top priority, even with coloured PVC windows. This is why GEALAN produces acrycolor profiles using a unique tinting process. This results in the combination of a white base and coloured acrylic glass in an inseparable way.
    The outer layer of acrylic glass shows high scratch resistance and is indifferent to atmospheric factors such as sun, wind, rain, cold and temperature fluctuations.
    The silky matt, smooth and poreless surface is insensitive to dust and dirt build-up. There is therefore no peeling or chipping of the paint, so there is no need to repaint the coloured elements. Windows made of acrylcolor profiles require practically no maintenance and are easy to care for. They almost “repel” dirt and can be cleaned with ordinary cleaning agents. The unsurpassed colour fastness of acrylcolor profiles remains unaffected by the passage of time.

Due to their increased sound-absorbing parameters, they are ideal for use near noise centres – roads, kindergartens and schools, etc. The burglar-proof design of the profiles suggests use in houses away from human concentrations, e.g. on building walls facing a forest.

    A distinctive feature is the so-called renovation frame, often used for the installation of windows in renovated premises, where the frame of the old window remains unmounted and the new frame covers its profile from the inside. In Italian construction, it is also often used in newly erected buildings.
    The appearance of a window is largely determined by the profile system from which it is made. This is why we have given our exclusive S 7000 IQ profile special properties. They are distinguished by harmonious proportions, rounded shapes, slenderness and a perfectly smooth surface.
    Windows with narrow profiles let more light into the building interior. The S 7000 IQ profile system reinforces this effect with very narrow sash and mullion areas, giving the window a filigree appearance. Proper structural stability is ensured by correspondingly larger steel reinforcements in the profiles.
    The S 7000 IQ system has a depth of 74 mm. Thoughtful in every detail, the internal use of five chambers prevents thermal bridges and thus optimises thermal insulation. In addition, the inner gasket joint is also provided with chambers. As a result, the entire profile package, also in the rebate area, has five chambers. The tested U-value of this profile combination, including the standard steel stiffening, is extremely low at Uf = 1.2 W/m²K.
    Together with the S 7000 IQ security profile, GEALAN offers burglar protection as an integral part of the system. The 74 mm depth of the profile, as well as the strength of the materials used and the way in which the inner seal is embedded, provide an additional barrier, thus guaranteeing greater security for the window. This is complemented by the stable attachment of the hardware in the frame.

Windows with different opening methods, designs and profile types in a wide range of applications have been certified for burglary classes WK1 to WK3 according to DIN V ENV 1627 ff.
